Payment Terms

Expected Monthly Expenses

  • Technical Support & Maintenance Retainer: R10,000 - R20,000 per month or R850 per hour (optional, based on support level required)
  • Domain Registration: R100 - R200 per month (depending on TLD and provider)
  • Cloud Hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean/Hetzner): R1,000 - R5,000 per month (scalable based on usage and traffic)
  • Email & Transactional Services: R100 - R500 per month (for business email, notifications, etc.)
